Leonardo Novicki Neto

Has a bachelor's degree in physics from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR). The development of the TWICE Dataset is part of his master's thesis. He is pursuing his master's degree in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the UFPR under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Eduardo Parente Ribeiro. However, the dataset's development took place during his time at Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt (THI) under the supervision of Prof. Dr.-Ing. Werner Huber.

Mr. Fabio Reway has developed his doctoral thesis on the development of test methods for perception system automated driving under the supervision of Prof. Christian Icking and has worked as a research assistant under the supervision of Prof. Werner Huber.

MsC. Maikol Funk Drechsler

Has a Double Master's degree from the Federal University of Santa Catarina and the Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt. Graduated in Automotive Engineering at UFSC - Joinville Campus. Has experience in the automotive area mainly in vehicle dynamics and Driving Assistant Systems. Interned at Whirlpool S.A. - Embraco Unit, in the Machining Process Development cell. Developed research in the Vehicular Dynamic and Vibrations area at the Acoustic and Vibration and Vehicle Systems laboratories as a Scientific Initiation scholarship holder and as a Master scholarship holder from FAPESC. Currently works as a research fellow at the Hardware-in-the-Loop laboratory of the CARISSMA Institute of Automated Driving (C-IAD), researching homologation of driving assistant systems supported by simulation.

Prof. Dr. Eduardo Parente Ribeiro

Holds Ph.D, M.Sc.and Bachelor’s degrees in Electrical Engineering earned from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio). He was a visiting researcher at Vanderbilt University, USA, in 1995. He has been a Professor with the Electrical Engineering Department at Universidade Federal do Parana, Brazil, since 1997. In 2006, he was a Visiting Professor with The University of British Columbia, Canada. His research interests include electronic instrumentation, signal processing, machine learning, and data communication.

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Werner Huber

Prof.Dr.Ing.Werner Huber is the current head of the C-IAD and professor for integral vehicle safety and its test methods at the THI, having previously worked as the head of the Perception and Automated Driving Group at BMW Group Forschung GmbH.
